Hey gang, it's March already! I had hoped to have a new book out by April, but a lot of very, very cool opportunities have come my way, so it's delayed slightly, though hopefully only until May.
Most of these I'm not allowed to talk about, but I can confirm that an audiobook of The Haar is in production, hopefully for release this year, and I've also sold the Spanish rights to The Haar, to be published in 2025 by Dilatando Mentes.
I've also commissioned the cover art for my next two books; one is the return of an old favourite, and one is an artist I've never worked with before who's producing something super-fucking-cool for a historical body horror extravaganza I'm hoping to publish before Christmas.
In the meantime, I put together a little playlist for The Haar, an imaginary soundtrack using tracks I listened to while writing that book. You can find it HERE, where you can also click on my profile to find soundtracks I've previously made for The Forgotten Island and Night Shoot, and a very, very long playlist of giallo and Italian horror music that would go perfectly with Dead Girl Blues.
Anyway, that's pretty much all for now. I'll have a table at Glasgow Horror Con in September, so maybe I'll see some of you there.
Thanks for reading, and for supporting truly independent horror.
